Nozizwe Ginindza studied television broadcasting at WITS University and continued to complete her degree in motion picture at AFDA in 2006 in writing and directing. She discovered her deep connection with the very inspiring but sometimes deeply tragic everyday lives of African women. She takes it as her responsibility as a filmmaker to grapple for the audiences with the internal and most intimate emotions that African women go through daily without being allowed the freedom to express themselves as they try to cope with everyday life and its challenges.
